The people who care for your child each day

Choosing nursery workers is a big decision because you're trusting someone with your child's safety, comfort, and early learning. We have a highly trained team at Little Tigers Day Nursery in West London, and we support children from 3 months to 5 years in a caring, structured setting. Our staff understand how to guide different age groups through play, routines, and social development without making the day feel rigid. That matters when your baby needs calm reassurance, or your preschool child needs encouragement to explore and join in.

We also support SEND provision, which helps us respond thoughtfully to different needs within the nursery day. Little Tigers Day Nursery gives you a team that keeps childcare warm, attentive, and focused on real development. If you are passionate about early years education, explore our nursery careers to apply today and have a look at our gallery to see our vibrant nursery.

Our Team

Chris Homes – Owner

Chris Homes – Owner

Hello, Chris is very proud to be the owner of Little Tigers, and he has owned and operated nurseries since 2016. Little Tigers is the first setting that we have been able to design and build to our own specifications, as it was just a shell when we signed the lease in 2021.

His vision was to create a nursery in which each room was ideally suited for the age of the children, with an emphasis on being light and airy and with easy access to the outdoors. He was particularly keen to create an outdoor space that was exciting for the children with lots of climbing frames and Wendy houses but also had space for living plants.

While the physical space is clearly vitally important, what really makes a nursery special is the quality of the team who are nurturing and provide the care and development every child needs.

His number one priority is to build the highest-calibre team of nursery practitioners that he possibly can, and this starts with our manager and room leaders. Sandra leads our team and is highly experienced, and he believes we are very fortunate to have her guiding our setting. We share a passion for continuous professional development, and they try to apply this to themselves as much as our team.

Sandra and he are often very touched by the feedback they receive in the reviews that parents post, but we are never complacent and are always looking for ways that we can continually improve Little Tigers.
