A workplace where your day has real meaning
Working in early years is never just about filling the hours. It's about helping children feel safe, curious and poised to grow in a setting that keeps each stage of development in mind. We have created a purpose-built nursery with spaces designed for children from 3 months to 5 years, giving you the chance to work in an environment that supports calm routines and active learning.
Our large garden also plays a big part in the day, because outdoor time matters and children need room to explore properly. You'll be part of the team at Little Tigers Day Nursery in West London, where we value care, structure and exciting learning experiences in equal measure. If you're looking for nursery careers where your work genuinely shapes a child's confidence, this is the sort of place where that effort counts, so get in touch today.

Grow your early years career with us
We are totally committed to supporting the professional development of our teams through coaching and training courses. Over the next 2 to 3 years, our objective is to create a group of 10 – 12 nurseries that are recognised for providing outstanding childcare in exceptionally well-resourced settings. We aim to employ quality staff who will be known for the caring, nurturing and loving approach they take to looking after the children in our care.
In Sussex we have 4 settings that are relatively close to each other. This has enabled staff to progress, and we now have managers and deputy managers who started with us as apprentices. We are actively looking for other opportunities in North and West London and expect to be able to create career progression opportunities for nursery practitioners with high potential.
